Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or booking a dumpster rental through Trash Tanks LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Trash Tanks LLC, including dumpster delivery, pickup, and disposal services in Grosse Pointe, Detroit, Sterling Heights, Roseville, Clinton Township, and surrounding areas in Wayne County and Macomb County, Michigan.

Rental Period & Pricing

Your rental period begins on the date the dumpster is delivered to your location and ends on the date it is picked up by Trash Tanks LLC. Standard rental periods are quoted at the time of booking and may vary by dumpster size and project type.

• All pricing is quoted upfront as a flat rate at the time of booking.
• Extended rental periods beyond the agreed-upon term may result in additional daily charges as communicated at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but any quote provided and confirmed at booking will be honored for that rental.

Delivery & Placement

Trash Tanks LLC will deliver the dumpster to the address specified at the time of booking. We place boards under every container to protect driveways and surfaces. You are responsible for ensuring adequate space and clear access for delivery and pickup.

• The delivery location must have clear, unobstructed access for our trucks.
• You must have proper authorization to place a dumpster at the designated location.
• If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Permits may be required if the dumpster is placed on a public road or right-of-way. Obtaining any required permits is your responsibility.

Acceptable & Prohibited Materials

You agree to load only acceptable materials into the dumpster. Acceptable materials include general household waste, construction debris, roofing materials, furniture, appliances (without freon), yard waste, and similar non-hazardous items.

The following materials are strictly prohibited:

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, pesticides, asbestos, or medical waste
• Wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, diesel, or propane
• Batteries of any type, CRT monitors, or e-waste
• Refrigerators, freezers, or air conditioning units containing freon
• Tires

If prohibited materials are found in the dumpster, you may be charged additional fees for proper disposal and may be held liable for any fines or penalties incurred.

Weight Limits & Overages

Each dumpster rental includes a specified weight allowance communicated at booking. Trash Tanks LLC provides transparent weight tracking and billing. If the loaded weight exceeds the included allowance, overage charges will apply at the per-ton rate disclosed at the time of booking.

Do not fill the dumpster above the fill line. Overloaded containers may not be transported safely and may require partial unloading before pickup, which could result in additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the dumpster and its contents from the time of delivery until pickup.
• Do not move the dumpster once placed. Contact us if repositioning is needed.
• Keep the area around the dumpster clear for safe pickup.
• You are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of the dumpster by third parties.
• Any damage to the dumpster caused by misuse, negligence, or loading of prohibited materials is your responsibility.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before the dumpster has been dispatched for delivery will receive a full refund. Once the dumpster has left our facility for delivery, cancellation fees may apply. If you need to cancel, please call us as early as possible at (313) 303-1313.

Liability & Indemnification

Trash Tanks LLC is not responsible for damage to surfaces, landscaping, underground utilities, or other property conditions that are not disclosed prior to delivery. We take every precaution, including placing protective boards, but certain surface types and conditions may still be affected by the weight of a loaded dumpster.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trash Tanks LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the rental equipment or violation of these terms.

Service Area

Trash Tanks LLC provides dumpster rental services within a 25-mile delivery radius of Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. Deliveries beyond this radius may be subject to additional fees. Our primary service areas include Grosse Pointe, Detroit, Sterling Heights, Roseville, and Clinton Township across Wayne County and Macomb County.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.

Changes to Terms

Trash Tanks LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website at trash-tanks.com. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
